Enter recipient copy of F1042S from Organizer

In the F1042S column, drill down and go to line
13a Recipient's name

Verify the name matches the entity name at
Organizer

Basic Return Information
Entity Information
[Name]

Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.

Solution 2: Update recipient name through Informational Forms

Go to
Organizer
Informational Forms
Withholding for Foreign Persons
1042-S (Copy B) and 1099s (Copy B)

Drill down on F1042S. On the new page, go to line 13a.
Verify the recipient's name (personal or business) matches the entity name.
The name must match the entity name at
