Solution

    General Information
    Paid Preparer/ERO Information
    Firm tab
    .
  2. Under
    Paid Preparer Information
    , enter the preparer's
    PTIN
     or
    SSN
    .
  3. Verify that
    Phone
     and
    Signature date
     are also completed.
  4. Recreate the e-file and resubmit the return.
