Enter one of the following valid codes for Item H (Equity REITs only):

531120 – Lessors of Nonresidential Buildings (except Miniwarehouses)
531130 – Lessors of Miniwarehouses & Self-Storage Units
531190 – Lessors of Other Real Estate Property
