This happens when the TotalPriorYearIncomeAmt field in FilingSecurityInformation in the Return Header doesn't have a value.

1120 Federal Alert Code R0000-224 for TotalPriorYearIncomeAmt: Error Message: TotalPriorYearIncomeAmt in FilingSecurityInformation in the Return Header must have a value.

Solution

This is only an alert. You can disregard it if the return is already accepted.
