You get this error when you try to recreate an electronic file for a return that has already been accepted.

In the RS Browser, use Save As
to create a copy of the locator.

Go to

General Information
Basic Return Information
Return Information

.

Mark the copied locator as Amended return
or Superseded return (e-file only)
.

Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
