    Illinois
    Combined Report
    Sch UB-Combined Apportionment for UBG
    Sch UB, Combined Apportionment
    Sch UB Page 3 - Step 3
    .
  2. Review Line 4 in all columns (A, B, C, D). Illinois doesn't accept any Column on Line 4 to be negative.
  3. Change the negative value to a positive amount or leave it blank. If the return is consolidated, make changes in the lower members and re-consolidate.
  4. Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
note
If you can't resolve the negative value, paper file the return.
