Solution

  1. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Common State
    .
  2. Select
    General Information
    .
  3. Select
    Bank Information
    , then the
    Direct Debit
     tab.
  4. In
    Column C
    , select
    EFT
     from the dropdown for
    Illinois
    .
  5. Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
