Error: The field 'EntityPresidentSSN' with value '0', data is missing

This happens when you either have more than one President/CEO or haven't assigned that title to an officer.

Solution 1: Remove extra Presidents/CEOs

  1. More than one President/CEO was marked as applicable to Kentucky in
  2. Go to
    Organizer
    Income and Deductions
    Deductions
    Officer Compensation
    Individual Officers
    .
  3. Make sure only one President/CEO is marked for Kentucky.

Solution 2: Add a President/CEO

  1. Open the TopCon if you're filing a combined Kentucky return.
  2. Go to
    Organizer
    Income and Deductions
    Deductions
    Officer Compensation
    Individual Officers
    Add new Officer
    .
  3. Add a single officer with the President/CEO title.
  4. Add a Social Security Number for that officer.
