KYSUB-0108 extension request has been denied e-file-error

This error occurs when you qualify the Kentucky e-file, but the extension e-file is still enabled after the deadline has passed.

Error message

1120 Kentucky Electronic Filing: KYSUB-0108 Extension request has been denied. The extension is being filed after the deadline of the 15th day of the 4th month after the tax period end date.

Solution

If a Kentucky extension has already been filed, turn off the extension e-file:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    State E-file
    Enable/Create Extensions
    .
  2. Unmark the
    Enable
     checkbox in Column C.
  3. Recompute and recreate the e-file for the main return.
