checkbox is marked.
Enter a
Name
and the following information:

Phone
Signature Date
Go to
Tax Forms

EL101B, Declaration for E-filing
ERO Signature

Clear the override and unlock the
ERO Signature
field.
Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
