Solution
- Go toTax Forms,States,Texas,05-158-A, Franchise Tax Report, and then05-158A, Franchise Tax Report, P1.
- Review the account year end date. It can't be after 1/4 of the report year. To correct the report year, go toOrganizer,State Franchise Tax,Texas Franchise, and thenGeneral Information.noteThe report year pertains to the year the tax return was filed in. For example, if the return's being filed on 11/15/2023, then the report year would be 2023.
- Perform a full re-compute and re-create the e-file.
