This error occurs when the Secretary of State file number is incorrect.

The field 'SOSNumber' with value '###' data format is not correct. (where ### is the Secretary of State file number)

The SOS number must be exactly 10 digits. Values with fewer or more digits will fail validation.

Enter the number in TopCon and Lower Members. The number must be 10 digits.

Full recompute and re-consolidate the TopCon.
