Enter the information and populate the
State of Incorporation
field.
Alternatively, select the error or go to

Information Report
Public Information Report
Subsidiary Corporation or LLC
Add new Name
.
Right-click and select
Subview
on the
State of Incorporation
dropdown.
If 1 or more entities show
FC
(Foreign Country), change the selection to a valid state or leave it blank.

Texas doesn't allow
FC
for e-filing.
Do a full recompute, consolidate the TopCon, then recreate the e-file.
