Solution

Virginia only accepts required attachments. If you need to include additional attachments, combine them into 1 PDF and attach it under Other Attachments as Other.pdf.
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    VA
    E-file
    Attachments
    Summary
    .
  2. Delete all attachments.
  3. Recreate the Virginia XML.
  4. Attach only the required PDFs.
    note
Form500.pdf is a required PDF in the Virginia return.
  5. Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
