- You closed the browser window forONESOURCE Income Tax Expressand aren’t signed in anywhere else
Solution
- Sign in toONESOURCE Income Tax Expresswith Administrator credentials.
- Go to theAdmin tab
- SelectAccess control
- Go to theUser Administrationtab
- Choose the user, then selectRights
- The administrator switches theLogged infield.
