User appears to be logged in another browser
There are multiple causes for this error:
  1. You already signed into
    ONESOURCE Income Tax Express
    on another workstation
  2. You closed the browser window for
    ONESOURCE Income Tax Express
    and aren’t signed in anywhere else

Solution

If you're signed in on another workstation, go to that workstation and sign out then try again.
If you aren’t signed in anywhere else, contact your internal
ONESOURCE Income Tax Express
administrator to sign you out manually:
  1. Sign in to
    ONESOURCE Income Tax Express
    with Administrator credentials.
  2. Go to the
    Admin tab
  3. Select
    Access control
  4. Go to the
    User Administration
    tab
  5. Choose the user, then select
    Rights
  6. The administrator switches the
    Logged in
    field.
If a local administrator for
ONESOURCE Income Tax Express
isn't available, contact support.
