2019, 2018, 2017 and earlier years locator not opening

  1. Download the zipped files and unzip/extract files.
  2. You need to uninstall all RS Client Browser versions you have on your computer (2015, 2019, etc.). Open the computer Control Panel, then select
    Programs and Features
    list to see what's installed.
  3. After uninstalling RS Client browsers, go to the unzipped files.
  4. note
    If you can't see the file extensions, select
    View
    , then
    Show
    , and
    file name extensions
    .
    Rename
    CleanUpRegEntries_Client.txt
    to
    CleanUpRegEntries_Client.reg
    .
  5. Double-click
    CleanUpRegEntries_Client.reg
    to run the executable file.
  6. Select
    Yes
    to message.
  7. Install the RS Client 2019 browser first and then the RS Clients from the years you need.
  8. Name the file
    HKCU_SW_RIA.txt
    to
    HKCU_SW_RIA.reg
    .
  9. Log out of Gosystem, clear the browser history (for 24 hours, or as long as you’ve had this problem).
  10. Close the browser entirely.
  11. Reopen the browser and log in.
  12. Open the locator.
