1120 Extensions and Filing Instructions for All States print requirements

1120 state extension forms and filing instructions print when All Extensions is selected under Create New Print File.

To print all state extension forms and filing instructions:

From inside the locator, select

File
Print

to print the forms or

File
Print Preview

to review forms before printing.

Under the Create New Print File
folder, select All Extensions
.

Go to

Organizer
Letters and Filing Instructions

to verify extension instructions will be printed.

Tentative tax amounts may need to be entered for some states in

Organizer
States
Common State
Extensions and Estimates

. This generates correct extension forms for those states.

Do a full recompute, then print.

If the form doesn't print, check if it's suppressed:

and check the option to Force print all state extensions even without tentative tax amounts.

. Make sure that the extensions print isn't being suppressed for some or all states.
