‘Do Not File’ Watermark print requirements
The ‘Do Not File’ watermark appears on a form that hasn’t yet received approval from the state or federal agency requiring vendor approval.
The ‘Do Not File’ watermark appears on forms that haven’t yet received required approval from the taxing agency:
- Confirm the form is still pending agency approval. Unapproved forms print as drafts with a ‘Do Not File’ watermark—don't file them yet.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
If the watermark continues to print after the form has been approved:
- Update to the latest release first—the watermark only clears in printings made after approval.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
