E-file instructions are not printing

Federal and state e-file letters and filing instructions print when you turn on e-file for the return.
To print letters and filing instructions for the federal e-file:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    , then select
    Federal E-file
    .
  2. Select
    Enable
    .
  3. Mark the
    Enable federal e-file
     checkbox.
  4. Do a full recompute, then print.
  5. Select the return you want to preview, then select
    Create
     to generate the
    Print Preview
    .
The
Print Preview
 will be available to view in the
History
 section.
To print letters and filing instructions for the state e-file:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    , then select the state you want.
  2. Select
    E-file
    , then select
    Enable/Create Returns
    .
  3. Mark the
    Enable e-file
     checkbox.
  4. Do a full recompute, then print.
  5. Select the State return you want to preview, then select
    Create
     to generate the
    Print Preview
    .
The
Print Preview
 will be available to view in the
History
 section.
