We released an excel template for
Form 1042
and 1042-S
. The excel template uses the Tax Return Import method and an API call to complete the import.

You can download the templates for 1120 and 1065 on the File downloads page.You must have a license for Data Connection to use that feature to import. Contact a sales representative for activation.
1040 and 1041 filers can use either the 1120 or 1065 tax application to e-file the forms as long as you have an EIN number. The IRS does not support SSNs in those schemas for the withholding agent(s).
Arizona
We corrected the print for Form 100S, Page 3, Schedule F.
We corrected the computation for Form 120S, line 23.
We corrected the Form 204 checkbox print alignment.
California
We added Form 540NR, Side 6.
We added print for Form 3893.
Indiana
We corrected the computation for Form IT-20 Schedule Composite, Column G.
Iowa
We corrected the calculation for Form 1120S, Page 4, line 42.
We corrected Form 1120S, Part 6 so that it's suppressed if the PTET checkbox is not selected.
Kansas
We added back Kansas Form 1120 address information to the e-file and Tax Forms view.
Maryland
We added print for Form 510, Page 3, signature of preparer.
Nebraska
We updated Form 1120SN, lines 6-12, so they are blank when option 5 is not selected.
We added signature print to Form 1120N.
New Mexico
We corrected S Corporation e-file so that the elements OrganizedDate and BusinessBeginDate have the correct format in the XML.
We corrected the computation for Form S-Corp-D, line 8.
Ohio Cities
We corrected the computation for Cincinnati Business Return, Page 1, line 4a.
Tennessee
We corrected the e-file so that diagnostic TN170-004 doesn't generate when not needed.
