Updated screen design
  • Organizer Interface

Enhanced Error Checking for DK1 Tax Year 2024 and 2025 Imports and Exports
Error checking is now enabled for DK1 files for tax years 2024 and 2025. Files containing errors will be prevented from importing and exporting to ensure data accuracy.
Asynchronous PDF generation
This release introduces asynchronous PDF generation for E-File XML documents. The system now handles all requests in the background, delivering faster processing and improved scalability. The system automatically rolls out this feature with no action required on your part.
E-file artifacts (XML, MAT, XVE, JSON) now reside in secure cloud storage, and the system tracks status through SQL Server. This enhancement eliminates locator dependency, reduces concurrency issues, and improves scalability. This update requires no downtime or action from you.
GST Competitive Conversion – Current Year-to-Current Year
Extended support for converting 2024 ProSystem fx returns (1120, 1065, 1041) and 2024 CCH Axcess returns (1041) to 2024 GoSystem Tax RS returns. This combined enhancement enables firms to:
  • Begin conversions earlier in the tax year.
  • Validate the data before rolling forward.
  • Accelerate conversion timelines while ensuring confidence in data integrity.
Transfer History Report updated
Previously, the Transfer History Report status always displayed as
Not Started
, regardless of the actual progress. We updated this so you can:
  • Reliably track transfer progress for better workflow visibility.
  • Reduce confusion and manual checks during return transfers.
Event handling
  • Qualified mismatch events, which previously failed to update status correctly are now fixed. Sample response:
  • Missing Login/Job ID in Certain Scenarios. Corrected an issue where
    login_id
     and
    job_id
     were missing in some EFILEDOCUMENTLIFECYCLE events. This improves traceability and accountability in workflows.
New API Endpoint – Get user Location
Introduced a new endpoint to retrieve a list of user locations within a firm)/users/v1/locations). We have an upcoming "get groups location" endpoint currently in development.
Enhanced locator details info API
GET /v2/tax-returns Retrieve detailed tax return information for the specified firm, year, and tax type. The response includes metadata such as last opened date, preparer/reviewer, taxpayer name, client code, groups assigned and more.

Fixed Assets CS

The Fixed Assets CS Import isn't available with this release. It will be available on 12/05/2025.
