Form 8609 print requirements
To print Form 8609, Federal Low-Income Housing Credit Allocation Certification:
- In theOrganizer, selectActivity Information, then theRental Real Estate,Other Rental, orMultiple Tradefolder.
- Select(name),8609, then the(Building Number)folder.
- Go to theForm 8609, then theCredit Allocationtab.
- Go to theReturn and Print Options – Required Check Boxes to Print Form 8609section.
- Select either theMark a one-time submission of Form 8609 to the Low-Income Housing Credit Unitcheckbox or theForce to print Form 8609 even if not to make a one-time submission of Form 8609checkbox.
- Do a full recompute, then print the return.
