FinCEN Form 114 print requirements

To print FinCEN Form 114, Federal Report of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts:

In the Organizer
, select Foreign Information
, then the Foreign Bank Account
folder.

Select FinCen
, then the FinCen – General Information
folder.

In the General Information
section, mark the Activate Form 114 (Mandatory)
checkbox.

Go to the Signature of Authorized Persons
section and enter the Officer Title
.

Do a full recompute, then print the return.

If the form is still not printing, make sure the form isn’t suppressed:

In the Organizer
, select Foreign Information
, then the Foreign Bank Account
folder.

Select FinCen
, then the FinCen – General Information
folder.

Go to the Print Options
section and make sure the Suppress the print of Form 114
checkbox isn’t marked.

Do a full recompute, then print the return.
