FinCEN Form 114a print requirements
To print FinCEN Form 114a, Record of Authorization to Electronically File FBARs:
- In theOrganizer, selectForeign Information, then theForeign Bank Accountfolder.
- SelectFinCen, then theFinCen – General Informationfolder.
- In theGeneral Informationsection, mark theActivate Form 114 (Mandatory)checkbox .
- Go to theSignature of Authorized Personssection and enter theOfficer Title.
- In theOrganizer, selectGeneral Information, then thePaid Preparer/ERO Informationfolder.
- Go to thePaid Preparer Informationtab.
- In thePaid Preparer Informationsection, make sure theFirst nameandLast nameare entered.
- Do a full recompute, then print the return.
If the form is still not printing, make sure the form isn't suppressed:
- In theOrganizer, selectForeign Information, then theForeign Bank Accountfolder.
- electFinCen, then theFinCen – General Informationfolder.
- Go to thePrint Optionssection and make sure theSuppress the print of Form 114checkbox isn't marked.
- In theOrganizer, selectGeneral Information, then thePaid Preparer/ERO Informationfolder.
- Go to thePaid Preparer Informationtab.
- In theFirm Informationsection, make sure theSuppress paid preparer informationcheckbox isn't marked.
- Do a full recompute, then print the return.
