Form 5471 Schedule O print requirements

To print Form 5471, Federal Schedule O, Organization or Reorganization of Foreign Corporation, and Acquisitions and Dispositions of its Stock:

In the Organizer
, select Foreign Information
, then the Foreign Corporation
folder.

Go to the name of the corporation, then select Filer Information
, then the Filer Information
folder.

In the Category of Filer
section, select 2
.

In the Organizer
, select Foreign Information
, then the Foreign Corporation
folder.

Go to the name of the corporation, then select Schedule O
, then the Schedule O, Part I
folder.

Select Add new Shareholder
and fill out the folder.

Do a full recompute, then print the return.

If the form is still not printing, make sure it isn't suppressed:

In the Organizer
, select Foreign Information
, then the Foreign Corporation
folder.

Go to the name of the corporation, then select the Return and Print Options
folder.

In the Print
section, make sure the Foreign corporation as Dormant CFC (Only Form 5471, page 1 will print)
checkbox isn't marked.

Go to the Suppress the Print of
section.

Make sure that Schedule O
isn't selected.

Do a full recompute, then print the return.
