Form 8865 Schedule O print requirements
To print Form 8865, Federal Schedule O, Transfer of Property to a Foreign Partnership (under Section 6038B):
- In theOrganizer, selectForeign Information, then theForeign Partnershipfolder.
- Select(name), then theTransfers and Sec 721(c) (Sch G, H, O)folder.
- Go to the(name), Schedule O and Form 8838-P, then theBasic Informationfolder.
- For the lineIs any transfer reported on this schedule subject to gain recognition under IRS Sec 904(f)(3) or IRC Sec 904(f)(5)(F), select something other thanDo not print or e-file Schedule O.
- Do a full recompute, then print the return.
If the form is still not printing, make sure it isn't suppressed:
- In theOrganizer, select theForeign Informationfolder.
- SelectForeign Partnership,(name), then theSuppression Optionsfolder.
- Make sure theSuppress this Form 8865 and all supporting forms for print and e-file purposescheckbox isn't marked.
- Do a full recompute, then print the return.
