To print, calculate, or suppress Form CT-1065/CT-1120SI EXT Application for Extension of Time to File Connecticut Composite Income Tax Return and Addendum, make sure the Connecticut return is not suppressed and is marked as On Extension.
- Go to theOrganizer.
- Select theStatesfolder, then theCommon State.
- Open theGeneral Informationfolder and selectBasic Return Information.
- Click theReturn Informationtab at the bottom of the sheet.
- Scroll to Column O and check box Return is on Extension for Connecticut.
If it needs to be suppressed, uncheck Return is on Extension.
