tab. Mark Kentucky, Warren County
in Column B.

Do a full recompute, then print.

If the form doesn't print, make sure it's not suppressed:

Select Print Suppression
in the Cities
section, then Kentucky Cities

Make sure the Warren County
checkboxes are cleared.
