Form 3, Schedule 3K-1 print requirements
To calculate and print Schedule 3K-1, Massachusetts Partner’s Information:
- InOrganizer, selectStates, thenState and City Activation.
- SelectMassachusetts.
If the form doesn't print, check if it's suppressed:
- InOrganizer, selectStates, thenCommon State.
- SelectPrint Suppression, then go to theAlabama – Michigansection.
- Go toMassachusetts, and clear the checkbox forSchedule K-1/K-1 Equiv.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
Massachusetts Schedule 3K-1, line 1 is Form 3, Page 2, Line 20 times the apportionment percentage times the partner's ratio.
To allocate the amount, go to and use the
Ordinary income (loss) (Override)
and MA Ordinary Income or Loss (Override)
fields.
