Form PTE-EX print requirements

To calculate and print Form PTE-EX, Massachusetts Withholding Exemption Certificate for members of a Pass-Through Entity:

In Organizer
, select States
, then Massachusetts
.

Select General Information
, then go to the General Information
section.

Select All partners to file Form PTE-EX
.

Do a full recompute, then print.

In Organizer
, select Partner Information
, then Partner by Partner Data
.

Select [partner name]
, then Partner Information
.

Select the State Partner Information
tab, then go to the Massachusetts
section.

Select File Form PTE-EX, Withholding Exemption Certificate for members of a Pass-Through Entity
.

Do a full recompute, then print.
