To print form NJ-1065 page 4 and page 5, New Jersey Partners Directory:
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    Partner Information
    Partner by Partner Data
    .
  2. If there are no
    partner names
     listed, select
    Add new Partner Name
    .
  3. Do a full recompute, then print.
