Form RPD-41285 print requirements

To calculate and print Form RPD-41285, New Mexico Annual Statement of Withholding of Oil and Gas Proceeds:
  1. Partner Number must be entered.
    1. In
      Organizer
      , select
      Partner Information
      , then
      Partner by Partner Data
      .
    2. Select name of the partner, then
      Partner Information
       tab.
    3. Enter
      Partner # (Mandatory)
      .
  2. The partner must be a non-resident partner.
  3. The form must be marked to be completed.
    1. In
      Organizer
      , select
      States
      , then
      New Mexico
      .
    2. Select
      Partner Information
      , then name of partner.
    3. Under the
      RPD-41285
       section, mark
      Complete Form RPD-41285 for this partner
      .
It is possible to print only one partner per page for K-1 purposes:
  1. In
    Organizer
    , select
    States
    , then
    New Mexico
    .
  2. Select
    Return Options
    , then scroll down to
    Print Options
     section.
  3. Mark
    Form RPD-41285 – print one partner per page
    .
  4. Do a full recompute, then print.
If Form RPD-41285 isn’t printing, make sure it isn’t suppressed:
  1. In
    Organizer
    , select
    States
    , then
    Common State
    .
  2. Select
    Print Suppression
    , then scroll to the
    Minnesota – Wisconsin
     section.
  3. Make sure New Mexico
    State Forms
     column is not checked.
  4. Do a full recompute, then print.
Or, use the following steps:
  1. In
    Organizer
    , select
    States
    , then
    New Mexico
    .
  2. Select
    Return Options
    , then scroll down to
    Print Suppression
    section.
  3. Make sure
    Form RPD-41285
     isn’t marked.
  4. Do a full recompute, then print.
