Form NYC-EXT print requirements

To print Form NYC-EXT, New York City Application for Automatic Extension of Time to File Business Income Tax Returns:

Go to the Organizer
, States
, Common State
folder.

Select Estimates and Extensions
, then Estimates and Extensions
.

On the line for New York City
, select the Return on Extension
checkbox in column B
.

Go to Tax Forms
and select Cities and Intangibles
.

Select New York City
then the NYC-EXT Automatic Extension
form and make sure line 1 has an amount.

Do a full compute and print the return.

If the form is still not printing check if it's suppressed, or force it to print:

In Organizer
, select States
then
Common State
.

elect Print Suppression
and go to the New York City
section.

Make sure the Extensions
box isn’t selected. Otherwise you can select Force print extension
.

Do a full compute and print the return.
