  5. Select
    IT-611.1
    , then
    IT-611.1
    .
  6. Select the
    IT-611.1, Page 4
     tab, then go to
    Form IT-611.1 Page 4, Schedule G line 40
     and enter the data.
  7. Do a full recompute, then print.
