Follow these steps to print, calculate, or include Form OW-15, Oklahoma Nonresident Member Withholding Exemption Affidavit:

In the Nonresident Member Withholding Exemption Affidavit
section, mark the Print for Form OW-15
checkbox.

note

OW-15 prints on a per-partner basis only when the Print for Form OW-15
is marked for that partner.

Complete any required partner/nonresident withholding details.

Do a full recompute, then print.
