Form OR-19-V print requirements

To calculate and print Form OR-19-V, Oregon Tax for Pass-through Entity Owners Payment Voucher:

Go to Organizer, select States
, then Oregon
.

Select Non-Resident Information
, then Form OR-19
and select the General Information
folder.

Enter an Amount Paid
in the OR-19-V Amount
section.

Do a full recompute and then print.

If the form doesn't print, check if it's suppressed:

In Organizer, select States
, then Oregon
.

Select Return Options
and clear the Form OR-19-V
checkbox in the Print Suppression
section.

Do a full recompute and then print again.
