SchAFCAT print requirement

To calculate and print Schedule OR-AF-CAT, Oregon Schedule of Affiliates for Form OR-CAT, the following requirements must be met:

Make sure Form OR-CAT is activated:

In the Organizer
, select States
, then Oregon
.

Select Corporate Activity Tax OR-CAT
, then General Information
.

In the General Information
section, mark the Print Corporate Activity Tax Return
checkbox.

Make sure affiliate detail is present:

In Tax Forms
, select States
, then Oregon
.

Select OR-CAT Corporate Activity Tax
, then OR-AF-CAT
.

In the OR-AF-CAT Page 1
tab, select Details
and enter the needed data.
