Form SC 1040 (Composite) print requirements

Generate, complete, and print Form SC 1040, South Carolina Individual Income Tax Return (Composite).
To print Form SC 1040 (Composite), at least 1 partner must be marked in the South Carolina column. The partner must also be selected for the South Carolina composite return at the partner level.
  1. In the Organizer, select
    States
    , then
    South Carolina
    . Select
    Return Options
    , then in the
    Force Print
     section, mark the
    Form SC 1040
     checkbox.
  2. In the Organizer, select
    Partner Information
    , then
    Partner by Partner Data
    . Select
    Columnar Partner Entry
    , then go to the
    Partner's State Composites
     tab. In the
    South Carolina
     column, at least 1 partner needs to have an X.
  3. In the Organizer, select
    Partner information
    , then go to the
    State Partner Information
     tab. Select
    South Carolina
     for each partner included in the composite return.
  4. Go to
    Organizer
    Composite Return
    Schedule NR (Income and Exclusions, Adjustments to Income, South Carolina Adjustments)
    . Enter composite return information.
  5. Do a full recompute and create a new print.
