Form SC I-309 print requirements

Print Form SC I-309, South Carolina Nonresident Shareholder or Partner Affidavit and Agreement Income Tax Withholding.
  1. In the Organizer, select
    Partner Information
    , then
    Partner by Partner Data
    .
  2. Select
    Columnar Partner Entry
    , then go to the
    Partner's State Composites
     tab.
  3. Select the
    South Carolina
     hyperlink and ensure each relevant partner is marked in
    SC(a)
     with an
    X
    . Make sure the partners are non-residents.
  4. In the Organizer, select
    States
    , then
    South Carolina
    .
  5. Select
    Return Options
    . In the
    Print Suppression
     section, make sure
    Form SC I-309
     is cleared.
  6. Do a full recompute and create a new print.
