Refer to the following print requirements to print Form 05-165.
To print and populate Texas 05-165, Franchise Tax Extension Affiliate List:
- Before you begin, make sure all severe diagnostics are cleared.
- SelectOrganizer,States,Texas, thenGeneral Information.
- In theGeneral Informationsection, make sure theCombined Reportcheckbox is marked.
- SelectOrganizer,States,Common State, thenEstimates and Extensions.
- Go to theExtensiontab and make sure theTexascheckbox is marked.
- Enter information for theReporting EntityandAffiliate Details.
- SelectOrganizer,States, thenTexasand selectCombined Return Information.
- Complete bothReporting EntityandAffiliate Details.noteYou'll need begin dates and end dates for both.
If the form doesn’t print, check if it's suppressed:
- SelectOrganizer,States, thenCommon State.
- SelectPrint Suppressionand make sure the checkbox in theState Formscolumn is cleared forTexas.
