Troubleshoot printing 1065 Texas forms

To print Texas forms successfully, make sure your Texas return doesn’t contain any Severe Diagnostics, as Texas prohibits printing any forms under these conditions, whether you're paper filing or E-filing.
Follow these steps to check for Severe Diagnostics in Texas:
  1. Select
    View
    , then
    Diagnostics
    .
  2. Clear any Severe Diagnostic errors for Texas by following the provided directions or guidelines.
  3. Make sure Texas is properly turned on by going to
    Organizer
    States
    State and City Activation
    .
  4. In the
    States
     tab, go to the
    Texas
     row and mark the checkbox in
    Column B State Activation
     to enable Texas for population and printing.
Follow these steps to check for Forms Availability if you're concerned the forms may not be released yet:
  1. On the
    ONESOURCE INCOME TAX
     home screen, go to the
    Help
     tab.
  2. Select
    Jurisdiction Release Information
    .
  3. Select the
    1065
     tab for the return type. Select
    Texas
    .
  4. Review the Watermark Status and Forms Availability of Texas.
