To generate and print Form BA-404, Vermont Tax Credits Earned, Applied, Expired and Carried Forward, Line 11 column D must have an amount.

Go to: Organizer
, select States
and then Vermont
folder.

Select Credits
and enter data under CREDITS
and PRIOR AND CURRENT YEAR CREDITS
section.

Do a full recompute, then print.

If the form doesn't print, check if it's suppressed:

In Organizer
, select States
then Common State

folder.

Select Print Suppression
and make sure State
Forms
column isn’t selected for Vermont
