Generate and print Form VT BI-471, Business Income Tax Return for Partnerships, Subchapter S Corporations, and Limited Liability Companies.
Form VT BI-471 is the Vermont composite return for partnerships, Subchapter S corporations, and limited liability companies. The form is system-generated after the composite return checkbox is marked. No additional Organizer data entry is required to complete the return.
  1. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Common State
    General Information
    Basic Return Information
    Filing Status
     tab.
  2. Mark the checkbox in the
    Composite Return
     column to indicate this is a composite return.
  3. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Vermont
    Return Options
    .
  4. In the
    Force Print
    section, make sure
    Form BI-476
    is cleared.
  5. Do a full recompute, then print.
If the form doesn’t print, check if it's suppressed:
  1. In
    Organizer
    , select

     then
    Common State
     folder.
  2. Select
    Print Suppression
     and make sure
    State
    Forms
    column isn’t selected for

    .
