Form 502 print requirements
To print and calculate Form 502, Pass-Through Entity Return of Income and Return of Nonresident Withholding Tax:
- Make sure that the Virginia state is active by going toOrganizer,States,State and City Activation.
- InStatestab, checkColumn B - State Activationfor the state of Virginia to become active.
- Go toTax Forms,States, thenVirginia.
- Go toForm 502PTET,Form 502PTET, Page 1.
- Make sure the first checkbox option that says,Check here to certify election to pay Virginia income tax at the entity level for the taxable year.isn't marked or checked.
- Do a full recompute, then print.
