To calculate Form 8833, Treaty-Based Return Position Disclosure:
  1. In
    Organizer
    , select
    Foreign Information
    .
  2. Select
    Treaty-Based Position
    , then the name.
  3. Make sure information is entered in the
    Treaty-Based Return Position Disclosure - Mandatory Entries
     section.
  4. Additionally, make sure
    Suppress this Form 8833
     is not selected.
