- InOrganizer, selectForeign Information.
- SelectTreaty-Based Position, then the name.
- Make sure information is entered in theTreaty-Based Return Position Disclosure - Mandatory Entriessection.
- Additionally, make sureSuppress this Form 8833is not selected.
