Form 8873 print requirements

To calculate Form 8873, Extraterritorial Income Exclusion:

In Organizer
, select General Information
, then the Basic Return Information
folder.

On the Entity Information
tab, go to the Return/ Entity type
section.

Select 1120F - Foreign Corporation
for the Return type
.

Select an Entity type
.

Go to the Foreign Information
folder and select Extraterritorial Income

On the Mandatory - Basis of Reporting
screen, select an option other than Not applicable
.

If you haven't already added a product line, Add new Product Line
and complete the necessary information.

If the form doesn't print, check if it's suppressed.

Go to the Tax Forms
.

In the Federal
folder, select 8873-Extraterritorial Income Exclusion
.

On the 8873 Exclusion Summary
screen, make sure Suppress print of all 8873's
isn't selected.
