Form 8873 print requirements

To calculate Form 8873, Extraterritorial Income Exclusion:
  1. In
    Organizer
    , select
    General Information
    , then the
    Basic Return Information
     folder.
  2. On the
    Entity Information
     tab, go to the
    Return/ Entity type
     section.
  3. Select
    1120F - Foreign Corporation
     for the
    Return type
    .
  4. Select an
    Entity type
    .
  5. Go to the
    Foreign Information
     folder and select
    Extraterritorial Income
  6. On the
    Mandatory - Basis of Reporting
     screen, select an option other than
    Not applicable
    .
  7. If you haven't already added a product line,
    Add new Product Line
     and complete the necessary information.
If the form doesn't print, check if it's suppressed.
  1. Go to the
    Tax Forms
    .
  2. In the
    Federal
     folder, select
    8873-Extraterritorial Income Exclusion
    .
  3. On the
    8873 Exclusion Summary
     screen, make sure
    Suppress print of all 8873's
     isn't selected.
