To print, calculate, or suppress Form 4684: Casualties and Thefts:

In Organizer, select Gains and Losses
, then Disposition of Property
.

Select Disposition Detail
, then Create Dispositions of Property
.

Select 4684
for the Disposition Type
.

The form will print if the answer to any of the following is Yes
:

The sum of lines 30, 31, 38a, 38b, and 39 exists.

Deferred gain exists for one or more transactions.

At least one 4684 transaction has been created with a valid property type.

The form consolidates the totals, but transactional detail is only visible in print preview in 1120S, the detail consolidates.
