Form 4797 print requirements
To print, calculate, or suppress Form 4797: Sales of Business Property:
- In Organizer, selectGains and Losses.
- SelectDisposition of Property, thenDisposition detail, thenCreate Disposition of Property.
- SelectForm 4797as theDisposition Typeand complete the information.
- In Organizer, selectIncome and Deductions.
- SelectPass-Through Entity, thenPass-Through Entity.
- SelectAdd new Pass-Through Entity.
- Select theIncome/Deductionstab and enter the data.noteThe form will print if data exists on line 7, line 17, line 35a, or line 35b. The form consolidates the totals, but transactional detail is only visible in print preview. In 1120S, the detail consolidates.
