To print, calculate, or suppress Form 8612: Return of Excise Tax on Undistributed Income of REITs:
  1. Select Tax Forms, then
    Federal
    , then
    8612-REIT Excise Tax Return
    .
  2. Make sure either line 9 or line 4 has data in it so the form will print.
